International Training Conference (10 - 18 November 2008)
This year's fall training sessions will take place in the lovely location of Abtwil, next to the historic city of
St. Gallen,
with its beautiful medieval city centre and the cathedral, which is listed as an UN world heritage site. In parallel
two advanced trainings will be held in Fehraltorf, at the INCENTAGE premises. This is a great opportunity to get
the necessary working knowledge of INCENTAGE's EAI and BAM solutions.

SIBOS 2008, September 15 – 19, in Vienna
SIBOS 2008, organised by SWIFT as the “world’s premier financial services event”, lived up to its name. 7700
delegates spent an exciting week at Vienna’s Messe Center. There were many interesting and exciting discussions -
not the least because the havoc on the international financial markets. INCENTAGE’s stand proved to be a huge
success as well, and we were pleased to see so many old friends and to make many new ones. Two “signing ceremonies”
proved to be the highlights of the week, Raiffeisen Informatik, Austria, selecting INCENTAGE and SWIFT for bank
message handling (more), and BHF-BANK,
Frankfurt, choosing INCENTAGE for its new integration architecture (more).

Vienna/Zurich, September 16, 2008 - Raiffeisen Informatik has decided to introduce the INCENTAGE SWIFT Bus (ISB),
consisting of the INCENTAGE Middleware Suite and SWIFT’s Alliance Access interface. INCENTAGE will replace all
current message handling facilities within Raiffeisen Informatik. The project is well advanced and first customers
will go live with the solution in March 2009.

BHF-BANK (Frankfurt) inks INCENTAGE for its new integration architecture.
Vienna/Zurich, September 17, 2008 - BHF-BANK, Frankfurt, will integrate its existing and future in-house
applications through INCENTAGE’s Middelware Suite (IMS). IMS will also be used as SWIFTNet orchestration platform
giving BHF-BANK the ability to register for any FIN, ISO20022 InterAct or FileAct service with very short time to
market cycles. IMS also supports BHF-BANK with local formats integration and FIX services. Additionally INCENTAGE’s
IPC (INCENTAGE Process Cockpit) will monitor and control all message flows.

Successful INCENTAGE Customer Day on September 2, 2008
INCENTAGE held its traditional Customer Day on September 2, 2008, in Zurich. 27 guests, more than twice as much as
last year, from all over Europe joined Customer Day in order to be updated on latest developments in INCENTAGE
products. External speakers included Matthias Meier, Head Messages and Standards at Credit Suisse, who presented
Business Activity Monitoring Processes at Credit Suisse based on INCENTAGE’s IPC product. Credit Suisse’s world wide
message flows are monitored by IPC.
INCENTAGE awarded the SWIFTReady Financial EAI Gold Label 2008.
Zurich, August 25, 2008 - INCENTAGE AG has been awarded the SWIFTReady Financial EAI Gold Label 2008. The SWIFTReady
Gold Label 2008 certification once again confirms that IMS (INCENTAGE Middleware Suite), INCENTAGE’s EAI
(Enterprise Application Integration) solution, fulfils the very strict criteria which SWIFT requires of its
partners’ solutions. INCENTAGE has been awarded the SWIFTReady Gold Label every year since its inception.

SWIFT Business Forum – Hong Kong (7th - 8th May 2008)
March 2008 – INCENTAGE exhibited at the SWIFT Business Forum in Hong Kong this year. Asia
Pacific’s economies and financial markets are gaining importance in the global market place – and
INCENTAGE is ready to help. The forum provided an opportunity to learn more about the key developments
shaping the future of supply chain and trade, securities, payments and cash management and financial market
infrastructures. It also allowed INCENTAGE to emphasise our global presence.

INCENTAGE CEO speaks at AML event in Vienna.
INCENTAGE CEO Felix Huber spoke on the topic "What has
SWIFT & SEPA to do with AML?" at the IMPAQ sponsored event "Die Auswirkung der neuen Geldwäscherei-Richtlinien" (The
effect of new money laundry guidelines).
The event took place in the LE MERIDIEN WIEN hotel on Thursday
March 6th.

announced that they are now processing live customer Euro payments in accordance with SEPA (Single Euro Paymenta
Area) rules - with the help of INCENTAGE.
The INCENTAGE Middleware Suite is a crucial part of the SIC SEPA solution.

Fundraising event for Little Havens Children's
Hospice
Weekend 8th/ 9th March 2008 - INCENTAGE is proud to have been part of this Deutsche Bank initiative to support this
very
worthy cause. It was a very sucessful weekend - both for all involved and most importantly for the Little Haven's
fundraising effort. A total of £172’000 was raised - well above the target of £125’000.
Deutsche Bank and Little Havens greatly appreciate all contributions.
Little Havens Children's Hospice provides respite and terminal care for families caring for a child with either a
life-threatening or life-limiting illness. It supports families from all over Essex and London. Its running costs
amount to £2.2 million per year and it receives just 2% from government funding.

Swiss Interbank Clearing integrates ISO20022 using IMS
October 2007 - Swiss Interbank Clearing Ltd. has decided to use INCENTAGE’s
Middleware Suite for its strategic ISO20022-integration project. The decision was taken after a long evaluation
process including the option to develop the required functionality internally. IMS gives Swiss Interbank Clearing
the possibility to quickly adapt to new payment requirements and to integrate the new ISO20022 standards very
efficiently into their real-time clearing processes.
IMPAQ uses IMS for Anti Money Laundering integration
October 2007 - An important Private Bank in Zurich has
decided to integrate Impaq’s Anti Money Laundering (AML) solution using IMS.
Thanks to the flexibility and quality of INCENTAGE, the integration of the AML solution into the bank’s messaging
environment could be done in record time. Impaq is the INCENTAGE partner for Anti Money Laundering solutions.
NORDCON automates SWIFT funds processing using IMS
September 2007 - NORDCON Investment Management AG in Hanover, Germany, has decided to
automate their SWIFT Funds processing using IMS. The solution guarantees complete Straight Through Processing (STP)
into their funds back office environment. The complete project was achieved in less than one month and gives NORDCON
the opportunity to further optimise their processes and to gain a competitive advantage by reducing their total cost
of ownership substantially.
Clariden Leu Integrates FIX using INCENTAGE
 June 2007 - Clariden
Leu are now using the INCENTAGE Middleware Suite (IMS) to transparently integrate FIX and SWIFT FIN. At the core
of the solution, IMS translates information flows between the two standards - both ways. "We have been delighted
with the speed and precision of project delivery by INCENTAGE." says Michael Hochstrasser, Head IT Production and
Services at Clariden Leu and continues: "After a very short implementation, the system runs with 100% availability
since go-live early this year."
Central Reserve Bank of Peru live with IMS
 May 2007 - The
Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP) has gone into production with its IMS installation. The solution design
includes a high performance HOST-to-SWIFT bridge which generates, transforms and validates payment instructions from
the bank’s payments system to the SWIFT FIN network and vice versa. Future steps will include the introduction of
the new ISO 20022 payment messages - putting the BCRP into the avant-garde of South American banking institutions.

 May 2007 - INCENTAGE Middleware Suite (IMS) has
been awarded the SWIFTReady
Gold Financial EAI 2007 certification. INCENTAGE are proud to announce that we have once again been awarded this,
the highest accreditation from SWIFT. This year, the criteria set by SWIFT
were even more stringent than previous years - with a greater emphasis on SWIFTNet connectivity, FileAct, InterAct
and message reconciliation and control. INCENTAGE has been awarded the label each year since 2004 - and sees the
award as benchmark that confirms the high quality of the IMS EAI solution.
