Appway is an ever forward-looking company with ever changing priorities. Therefore, we are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, executive support related tasks and is able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Responsibilites
Provide administrative support to the CEO and the Vice President of Sales
Maintain good working relationships with business partners, customers, and suppliers
Ensure efficient, effective and economical facilitation of general office administration
Schedule appointments, interviews, conference calls and meetings
Handle travel arrangements while adhering to company policies
Ensure a smooth-running North America business that allows employees to concentrate on their job functions
Perform other duties as required, including responding to various inquiries and report requests
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
2 – 3 years of experience providing administrative support at the executive level
Strong written and verbal communication skills, decision-making ability and attention to detail
Proactive, resourceful and efficient
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
