As a young and ambitious Sales / Account Manager, you will develop and establish client relationships across target accounts in Switzerland and abroad.

You will identify the business issues confronting each client and articulate a vision of how Appway solutions can address those issues. With a focus on the financial services industry, you will manage the sales process from the first contact through to successful deployment.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work closely with a team of PreSales Engineers, Solution Consultants and Appway business partners to achieve the assigned quota responsibility. With sales tools, marketing and competitive intelligence resources at your disposal, you will quickly become conversant in our value propositions, technology, differentiators and customer references.

To reward your high performance, you will promptly gain responsibility along our company’s extraordinary growth path. The position is based at our headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, with travel involved.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales activities at major accounts within the assigned business segment to convert opportunities and solve business problems using Appway BPM for FSI solutions
  • Drive prospect qualification and solution positioning
  • Orchestrate the development, presentation, and demonstration of Appway BPM capabilities for qualified prospects
  • Oversee all aspects of solution proposals including project identification and implementation
  • Provide forecasts, account management documentation and activity reports to the management team as the basis for account/opportunity planning
  • Identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues of the account
  • Oversee post-sales support to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain relationships and executive contacts with current and potential customers
  • Work with the Pre-Sales Engineers, Delivery Alliances and Partners, and/or Solution Partners to establish the unique value of Appway BPM
  • Travel required

Requirements

The successful applicant is a hungry outgoing individual keen to take on the Appway adventure. Next to a higher education degree, you have several years of experience working with or within the financial services industry. You possess a good understanding of bank IT and a sharp flair for business-facing solutions.
