Responsibilities

• provide high-end technical consulting services to our customers, working with international project teams at senior management level
• analyze, design and implement business processes based on the leading-edge Appway platform
• leverage Appway expertise for solution development, relying on our graphical, model-based software
• install the Appway platform in complex, secure environments; design and build interfaces to other client applications; and conduct data migrations towards the latest Appway version.
• train and provide support for our customers’ staff within the project framework
• hold customer workshops based on our hands-on methodology
• transfer your BPM knowledge and experience into client solutions
• support sales activities
• help to shape and grow our highly dynamic services area
  

Requirements

• master's or bachelor's degree with a major in software development, information systems or technology
• 2 to 6 years of consulting experience in software delivery and implementation, business process management, and front-end design
• strong skills in software development, proficiency in web technologies (GUI, HTML, Java Script, CSS, Ajax, XML) and the willingness to gain deep knowledge of Appway software
• hands on experience in solution development and application implementation
• familiarity with the private banking, retail banking or insurance sectors
• creativity, a sense of initiative and eagerness to take ownership for deliverables
• readiness to travel and to apply your language skills in English (Proficiency level), German (Proficiency level or mother tongue) and eventually as a strong advantage also French, Italian or other languages
• an open, flexible, curious, innovative and creative personality with high quality standards, outstanding social skills as well as a passion for the web, business and world affairs
