Responsibilities
provide high level consulting services on business processes and business transformation to our customers, working with international project teams at senior management level
analyse, design and implement business processes based on our leading-edge platform Appway
leverage Appway expertise for solution development, relying on our graphical, model-based software
manage mid-sized to large projects and hold customer workshops based on our hands-on methodology
transfer knowledge and experiences in Business Process Management (BPM) and software development into client solutions
support sales activities with compelling proposals and thake ownership for key clients
help to shape our highly dynamic service area
Requirements
a master's or bachelor's degree with a major in business administration, technology or engineering
2 to 6 years of consulting experience in business process consulting, software delivery and implementation, or business process management
familiarity with the banking or insurance sector and with at least one domain of CRM, Client Onboarding, Front Processes, Compliance and Risk or Operational Excellence; willingness to develop expertise in these fields and act as a subject-matter expert
experience in managing client expectations and relationships
knowledge of business analysis and Business Process Management methods (BPM, user-centered design, interview techniques, requirements engineering, workshop management)
experience with solution development, application implementation and complex project management using agile methodologies
knowledge in web technologies (GUI, HTML) and curiosity to gain deep knowledge in our Appway software
readiness to travel and to apply your language skills in English (Proficiency level), German (Proficiency level or mother tongue) and as a strong advantage also French, Italian or other languages
an open, flexible, curious, innovative and creative personality with high quality standards, outstanding social skills as well as a passion for the web, business and world affairs
