As an Appway consultant you will
provide high level consulting services to clients and manage international projects working at the executive level
analyse, design and implement business processes based on our leading-edge platform Appway
directly apply Appway expertise into solution development with our graphical, model-based Appway software
participate in sales activities and take on responsibility for marketing support
hold client workshops applying our hands-on methodology
help to shape and grow our highly dynamic services area
have the opportunity to participate in up to 5 different projects / client sites a year and develop a broad understanding of business processes in various industries
transfer knowledge and experiences in Business Process Management (BPM) and software development into client solutions
For this job you require
a master's or bachelor's degree with a major in the field of business administration or technology
4 to 6 years of consulting experience in business, business process management, operations or software delivery
experience in at least one of the following fields: Financial Industry, Telecommunications, Health Care or Public Services and/or CRM, HR, SCM, OE
knowledge in web technologies (GUI, HTML, Java Script, CSS, Ajax, XML) and the will to gain deep knowledge in our Appway software
knowledge in business analysis (BPMN, user-centered design, interview techniques, requirements engineering, workshop management)
a passion for the web, business, the world's news and social skills
an interest in international projects and different business cultures
a readiness to travel and to apply your language skills in English, German, French, Italian and more
a flexible, curious, innovative and creative personality, highly client-oriented and committed to success
