Appway's e-Forms Manager is a powerful tool to create and manage corporate forms. It automates, routes and tracks forms across the enterprise. It quickly transforms constantly evolving paper forms into fully interactive e-forms.

Designing your e-Forms

Simply upload your existing PDF documents via the browser-based Appway Studio.

WYSIWYG Form Designer offers a rapid method to define the output of User Data onto any Form, by dragging and positioning data with the mouse directly onto your form.

Additional support is provided by publishing functions such as Keyboard Shortcuts, Smart Align/Distribute Functions, Zoom In/Out and Collaboration functions (Locking/Audit).

Using e-Forms in your Process

After integration, PDF Forms can be organized in logical Document Sets and activated by Business Rules at any moment during your process design.

To display a dynamically generated PDF onto your screen, dedicated built-in screen components are available. No programming is required, just drag the component to where you want to display the Form on your screen.
