On Thursday, December 9, 2010 the Absolventenkongress at Zurich Exhibition took place. The successful recruiting platform was organized by Staufenbiel, a leading company for personnel marketing and recruiting solutions within Europe.

The swiss economic's search for tomorrow's talents is high: more than 100 exhibitors of different industries gathered the Zurich Exhibition that day. Around 2500 interested alumnis, young professional and students participated the job fair, most of them very well prepared in their selection of companies they wanted to inspect.

For Appway | Numcom Software, represented by three of our Appbirds (Appway co-workers), it was the first time attending the Absolventenkongress and it was really worth being part of it. Though it was not a specific IT-job fair, we were amazed by the good conversations. Furthermore, it was an ideal brand positioning of Appway | Numcom and an opportunity to establish valuable connections with students and alumni in an informal way.
